Terms of Use

By creating an account, subscribing, or otherwise using PharmaTarget (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 17 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

PharmaTarget is a study aid for pharmacy licensure exam preparation. Content, including AI-generated summaries, study plans, quiz questions, and explanations, is provided for educational purposes only and is not medical, clinical, or professional advice. Always verify information with authoritative sources before applying it in any clinical or patient-care setting.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete Account in the app.

Premium features and mock exam content may be offered for purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, refunds, and cancellation are governed by the platform you purchased through. This Agreement constitutes an End User License Agreement (EULA) granting you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial study.

The in-app community is provided so users can study and discuss together. You agree to the Community Guidelines before posting. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity. We may remove content, suspend posting, or terminate accounts at our discretion. You can report content or block users from any message in the app.

AI features may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive output. You are solely responsible for evaluating any AI output before relying on it. Do not submit personal health information or other sensitive data to AI prompts.

PharmaTarget content, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
